Postponement of ICHLST 2020

Due to the ongoing situation relating to COVID-19 and the travel restrictions worldwide, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone this international conference until next year, January 25-27, 2021. The details of the revised schedule will be available on the conference website shortly.

No action is needed if you have already registered and plan to attend next January. Your registration and submitted paper remain valid. In case you want to withdraw your paper, please send an email to us at <ichlst.conf@gmail.com>, and your registration fee will be refunded. For those who have submitted your works and want to pay for the registration fees or those who want to submit to the conference, please wait until September. The conference submission and registration systems are scheduled to reopen in early September.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience. We have been monitoring the situation closely. Although we are confident in the public health system in Japan, the increasing complications of global travel indeed have never been seen in the past. We hope everyone can travel safely and comfortably very soon. We look forward to seeing you all in January 25-27, 2021.

2020 International Conference on Hospitality, Leisure, Sports, and Tourism

Welcome to the official site of the 2020 International Conference on Information and Social Science (ISS 2020). We are in an age where dramatic changes are taking place in society, while the circulation of information becomes so intense and substantial as never before in the history of mankind. The aim of ISS 2020 is to present the latest researches related to Information and Social Science. This conference provides opportunities for delegates from different disciplines to exchange new ideas and applications face to face, to establish business or research network and to look for global partners for future collaboration. It is anticipated that a broad range of research and applied topics will be covered during the conference.

The conference will be held in Fukuoka, Japan during July 1-3, 2020. We welcome both full-length papers and abstracts. Manuscripts must be submitted online through the conference management system. We invite scholars, experts, and professionals from Information and Social Science to join us.

Director of Taipei Jingwen High School, independent director of Taiwan listed company ( Cayman Engley Indistrial, 2239).

Dr. Cheng-Hwai Liou is a director of Taipei Jingwen High School and an independent director of Taiwan listed company (Cayman Engley Indistrial, 2239). Before that, he was a professor of Department of Accounting Information System in National Taichung University of Science and Technology. Besides an expert in high school education and accounting, Dr. Liou is a certified public accountant. His research expertise includes Cultural and Educational Financial Management, Business Evaluation and Performance Evaluation. His research papers have been published in several top journals including Innovation : Management, Policy & Practice, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, the Journal of Management & Systems, Taiwan Accounting Review, the Journal of American Business Review, etc.

Dr. Hui-Ming Wee is ranked among the top 2.5% of world-wide ResearchGate members in the world and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Inventory Academicians and Practitioners, 2018, World Class Professor Award from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Indonesia), 2019, Distinguished Educator Award from the International Society of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management, 2018, Excellent Researcher, Life and 3 time Excellent Researcher Award, Taiwan. He is the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Ubiquitous Computing and Communication Technologies, Guest Editor for Journal of Cloud Computing, on ‘Cloud Information Technologies in Education’, Guest Editor for International Journal of Computers and Applications, Special issue on “High Performance Computing for Inventive Systems”, Special Issue Editor, Annual of Operations Research Journal, on “Emerging Trends in Inventory, Supply Chain & Reliability Modelling” and Associate Editor, Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization (JIMO).
